FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What is your payment policy?
Our normal requirement is only a $500 deposit to schedule your job with the balance due upon completion.

What kind of guarantee do you offer?
Landscape plant materials supplied by Clean Cut Landscape will be warrantied for one (1) year with a one time replacement on shrubs and trees (excluding bedding plants). It is the owner's responsibility to ensure adequate watering and maintenance of all plant material after installation and during warranty period. Exceptions to warranty include changes or damages caused by owner, fire, flood, insects, freeze, and disease over which Clean Cut has no control.

Rainbird sprinkler systems come with a three (3) year parts and labor warranty.

Landscape lighting systems come with a three (2) year parts and labor warranty excluding light bulbs.

Potted plants are not warrantied.

Sod installation is warrantied for 90 days after installation in full sun exposure. Following the proper watering schedule is extremely important for newly planted sod. Exceptions to this warranty include insect and disease which Clean Cut has no control and sod planted in shady conditions.

How long have you been in business?
We have been in business since 1986. Our crews perform all types of landscaping: landscape design, renovation, and installation, sprinkler system installation and repairs, installation of subsurface drainage systems, landscape lighting system installation and repairs, as well as tree trimming, removal, and stump grinding. Continuing education classes, certifications, licenses, and hands-on experience have propelled us to the highest professional level.

To whom can I direct questions or concerns?
Unlike many big businesses, with Clean Cut Landscape, the person who proposes your project and reviews the initial design features is responsible for assisting, performing, and overseeing your project. Our hands-on policy assures attention to detail and provides an ongoing path of communication before, during, and after your service.

Can you match a competitor's quote?
Quite often we can. A large disparity in pricing from one company to another can be due to a number of factors, some of which are not readily visible. Short cuts, poor quality plant material. inferior workmanship, etc. should not play a part in reducing cost. The term "you get what you pay for" unfortunately holds true in the landscaping industry.
